How do pickup windows work?
Each dish includes a pickup window set by the cook. After you order, you’ll see the exact time and pickup instructions in your order details.
Can I get delivery instead of pickup?
YES, areas where courier delivery is available at checkout. If delivery isn’t available, you can still reserve a pickup window.
I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
Email support@spuuns.com with your order number and a quick description. We’ll help you resolve it as fast as possible.
How do I start selling homemade food on SPUUNS?
